When you’re using the AutoEntry mobile app, you can adjust the settings before and after taking a picture.

📌TIP: Make sure you're happy with the image quality before you upload it into AutoEntry. Once you've uploaded an image, you can't edit it. If you're not happy, you can adjust the settings or take a new picture until you're happy with the results.

AutoEntry will reject images with poor resolutions. For more information, check our Upload format article.

Before you take a picture

Before you take a picture, you can either select Manual or Auto capture.

📎NOTE: With Auto capture, the app will convert images automatically into black-and-white if the image quality is low. If you want to revert back to colour, you can adjust the settings.

Adjusting the settings after you take the picture

You can always adjust the settings after you take a picture:

Android

After taking the picture, click the “Enhance” icon (top-right corner) to remove the filter and restore the image.

iOS

To restore the original picture:

  1. Click to access the image in the left-hand corner.

  2. Click the Filters icon.

  3. Click the Colour icon.
