When you log into AutoEntry, the following menus will appear on the left-hand side. Their availability will depend on whether you've created an account or if you have access as an additional user. This will also depend on your permissions.
📎NOTE: If you've set up the account via Sage for Accountants, the navigation menus are slightly different. You won't see the companies list within AutoEntry as you already have it in Client Management.
Home icon
The Home icon will bring you to the list of all the companies you've created and the ones you have access to. You can then click the relevant company to access the company folders homepage.
People icon
The People page will allow you to invite and manage users to your own account. If you have access to someone else account as an additional user, it will show only if you have the permission to manage people.
Activity icon
The Activity page will show the activity of all the uploads across all folders. It will show by default if you've created your own account.
If you access AutoEntry only as a second user, it will show only if you have the permission to any of the company's folders.
Settings icon
The Settings page will allow you to manage your own credits and subscription. This doesn't impact the companies you have access to as a second user.
📎NOTE: If you access AutoEntry from Sage for Accountant, this page isn’t available as you already manage your subscription from Sage.
Sign Out
The Sign-out button allows you to quit the session and clear your credentials.
