Home - Companies list

Overview of the Home section and companies list in AutoEntry.

You can access all the companies you've created or the ones you have access to from the Home menu on the left-hand side.

It will show a list with the following columns:

📎NOTE: If a company is not showing in your list, it may be that you have been removed as a user for that company. Please check this with the billing user of the company.


Company Name

Click the company's name to access the company's folders.

Integration Status

If the company integrates with an accounting software, it will show its status and some error messages.

📌TIP: This can be useful if you don't have access to the Integrate page, as it helps monitor any integration or publication error. The Integrate page will show more details however.

Folder Inbox counter and access

If you have the permission, you can view the number of documents in each of the reception inboxes. This applies to the Purchases, Sales, Bank Statements, and Supplier Statements folders. Click the digit to access the relevant inbox.

Expenses reports and People access

If you have the permission, click View to access the Expenses Reports reception folder or the People page.

Billing Account admin

The Billing account admin column shows who owns the companies you have access to.


📎NOTE: Access to the various folders will depend on your permissions for that company

📌TIP: This can be useful for any troubleshooting. For example, if you're running out of credit, you'll need to contact the billing owner. If you don't have access to the integrate page, the owner can also help you troubleshoot integration issues.
