When integrating with your accounting software, the following error message below can occur:
Base currency of workflow (XXX) is different from home currency (XXX) of company you are connecting to. Please change the company's base currency from company settings page in AutoEntry.
This error will occur if your Company Currency on AutoEntry doesn't match the currency on your accounting software.
To resolve this, follow the steps below:
Click the Company name in AutoEntry.
Go to Company Settings.
From the Currency dropdown, select the currency you’re using in your accounting software.
Click Save Changes.
Connect your company via the sync app.
