How to resolve this error that there's a desktop connection error when trying to connect AutoEntry to Sage 50 Accounts in the sync app.

When you try to integrate AutoEntry with Sage 50 Accounts (UKI), you may see the following error.

This error is common with the version of Sage you have installed or if recently updated to Sage 50 Accounts v32.1.349.0

Install the SDO service

To resolve this error, you need to install the appropriate Sage Data Object component (SDO) depending on the version of your Sage 50 account.

📎NOTE: Before proceeding with the installation, make sure to check the SDO component is already installed on your computer. You can check this by navigating to Control Panel and check under "Programs and Features".
