When a purchase or renewal is made in AutoEntry we don't send out physical invoices. Saving one tree at a time!

Instead, you can find your receipts/invoices under your Account Settings. This article will take you through the steps.

Applies To

  • Any AutoEntry user that has made a purchase of credits on their account.


To access your Payment History, please do the following:

  1. Go to your Account Settings page, located on the left hand navigation bar.

  2. Under the Payment History tab you'll then see all your invoices/bills from AutoEntry to you. Just click on them to view/download.

Additional Information

  • Invoices can take up to an hour to appear here after a purchase is made. If the invoice is not available after this timeframe, please contact our Support team via webchat.

  • Invoices and billing details are only available to the billing account holder.

  • If you would prefer these invoices to be sent to a different email address, please click here.
