When a purchase or renewal is made in AutoEntry we don't send out physical invoices. Saving one tree at a time!
Instead, you can find your receipts/invoices under your Account Settings. This article will take you through the steps.
How do I access my payment history?
To access your Payment History, please do the following:
Go to your Account Settings page, located on the left hand navigation bar.
Under the Payment History tab, you'll see all your invoices/bills from AutoEntry to you. Just click on them to view/download them.
Invoices can take up to an hour to appear here after a purchase is made. If the invoice is not available after this timeframe, please contact our Support team via web chat.
Invoices and billing details are only available to the billing account holder.
