If a contact doesn't exit when editing an invoice, you have the option to create the contact directly from it.
Access the Sales or Purchases invoice details.
Click in the supplier/customer A/C dropdown and select Add Contact.
Enter a Name and any other requested details, and click Create contact to confirm.
📎NOTE: The 'Name' field has a 30-character limit.
📎NOTE: The contact details requested will depend on the integration.
AutoEntry will add this contact to your Contact list.
If you're integrated, it will also synchronise to your accounting software.
📎NOTE: If the integration isn’t running, an error message will show. Make sure you check your integration status and correct any issue.
Sage 50 integration example: The Desktop Client (DocuRec Sync) isn’t currently online. Please check that it is running and logged in.

Contact details
The fields requested when creating a contact will differ depending on the integrated package. Examples:
No integration | Name, Code |
