This article will show you how to navigate to your Account Settings page, and which features can be accessed from it.


To reach your Account Settings page, you will first need to click on the icon to the top right corner of your screen on the AutoEntry website, and select 'Account Settings'.

Under the Account Settings tab, you will see the following:

  • Subscription and Billing

    • This is where you will see your current credit balance, information about your subscription, and the billing details associated with it.

  • Payment History

    • If there is a subscription on your account, here is where you can find the invoices we send to you monthly, along with the dates and times payments were taken.

  • Usage

  • Change Billing User

    • This is where the change billing user feature can be accessed for any user looking to transfer ownership of a company/companies to another AutoEntry user. If you are looking to do this, please read this article carefully.

  • Practice Integrations

    • This is the portal for accessing Xero HQ's integration with AutoEntry.
