After you select or capture an image from the from the AutoEntry mobile application, you can edit it to crop it or enhance it.
📌TIP: To avoid rejection, make sure the image meets the required quality and format before you submit it. You can only make amendments before you click Next and submit the image for extraction.
📎NOTE: We’ve enhanced the Auto Capture feature in our December 2025 release. It now delivers smarter document edge detection, minimises background noise, and ensures the focus remains on the most relevant information.
Image settings page
Go to your company and select a folder you want to upload to.
Click Add to upload a document.
Once you have selected or taken a picture, you have the following options:
Enhance
Filters - To apply different colour settings
📌TIP: If you're in manual mode, we recommend using Grey scale for best results.
Crop and Rotate - You can here modify the edges and focus on the relevant information
Clean
Discard Scans - To delete all the pages within the scan
Retake page - click Retake to discard and start again, or Cancel
Delete page - This will delete this page from your current scan
Add a page - If your document includes multiple pages
Once you're happy with your selection, click Next to add a description and submit the scan.
📎NOTE: After clicking Next, you won't be able to go back to edit the scan.
Once you've added a description, click Submit to upload the document. This will start the extraction process.
Before you submit, you can click Remove or go back. Going back will delete the scan and bring you back to the image setting page to start again.
