When trying to connect to a company with the sync app, the following error may occur:
Could not load file or assembly 'OCRex.integration.Desktio.Sage50Canada, version=2.0.268.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. An application control policy has blocked this file. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800711C7
This error occurs due to an issue with the sync app.
To resolve this, follow the steps below:
Open your PC's Task Manager.
Click the Processes tab.
Select the following:
OCRex.Desktop.AutoEntry.Client
AutoEntry.Service
Select End Task on both.
5. Open the sync app again and try connecting to the Sage 50 company.
