A temporary issue affected the AutoEntry Desktop Sync App. This prevented invoices from publishing to Sage 50 Accounts or QuickBooks Desktop.
The following errors appeared when logging in:
'The operation has timed out'
'Forbidden'
We've resolved this issue. If you still see these errors, restart the Sync App services.
Restart the Sync App services
Press Ctrl, Shift and Esc to open Task Manager.
Select More details if the simplified view appears.
Open the Processes tab.
Select OCRex.Desktop.AutoEntry.Client, then select End Task.
Select AutoEntry.Service, then select End Task.
Open the Sync App, then confirm you can log in and view your company list.
If the issue continues
Restart the computer that runs the Sync App, then open the Sync App and confirm you can log in.
If the Sync App still doesn't work, contact AutoEntry support.
