Symptom
When uploading documents to AutoEntry, the following error message can appear:
'Current credit balance is exceeded by pending uploaded documents.
If you have any queries on this, please contact our support team.'
This error appears when you don't have enough credits on your account to upload more documents.
To resolve this, follow the steps below.
Resolution
Open the Settings tab to check your credit balance.
Select Change subscription or Bulk purchase, then top up your credits.
