Symptom
The following error can appear when publishing an invoice with a future invoice date, and your accounting software doesn't accept future invoice dates.
'Invoice Date is greater than today's date'
Resolution
Check and correct the invoice date before publishing
Open the invoice.
Check the Invoice Date.
Enter the correct date if it shows a future date.
Unpublish the invoice if required.
Publish the invoice again.
Check for incorrect extraction
AutoEntry can extract the wrong date if the format is unclear. Check the original document and confirm the correct invoice date.
If the error still appears
Check the supplier settings and make sure the date format is correct
