If you have signed up to AutoEntry using your Intuit QuickBooks ID (generally through the QuickBooks Online App marketplace) your account will not yet have an AutoEntry password to use to log into the AutoEntry Desktop Sync App.
Your Intuit ID does not work on the app, so this article will show you how to set up a password to use exclusively to login to the Sync App.
QuickBooks Desktop users.
To create an AutoEntry password, please do the following:
Go to your user menu (top right) and select User Profile.
Under the Password tab, enter a password and confirm it. The password must conform to our security requirements. You can now use this password, along with your email address, to log in and use the Sync App.
This does not effect the use of your Intuit ID to log into the AutoEntry website. It is exclusively for use on our Mobile App and Desktop Sync App.
