You are attempting to connect your company to AutoEntry via the Desktop Sync App, and the below error message is appearing in the Company List drop-down menu.
Cannot open SETUP.DTA
Sage 50 users.
QuickBooks Desktop users.
This error is caused by your Sync App not being installed correctly, however there is an easy fix!
All you will need to do to clear this error is change the Sync App's start-up type.

Once that has been changed, try to connect the company again.
