You are receiving the below error message when attempting to integrate your AutoEntry company with Sage.
SageOne error getting financial settings
Sage Accounting/SBCA users.
This error is most commonly caused by having the incorrect permissions set up within Sage Accounting. You will need to follow the steps below and ensure that you have access to the setting's permission in Sage.
To clear this error, please do the following:
Log into Sage using an account that has full admin access.
Go to Settings.
Navigate to User Management.
There will be a list of accounts - click on the account you are trying to integrate.
Check the setting highlighted below:
Once you have completed these steps, go back to AutoEntry and re-attempt the integration with Sage.
If you are still experiencing this issue after completing the above, please mark data.autoentry.com as 'safe'/an exception on any Firewall/Anti-Virus you have active.
