To clear this error, you will need to do the following:
- Enable multi-user mode in Sage (if you have not done so already)
- Close Sage
- Unpublish any pending invoices/bills
- Open your PC's task manager
- Click on the Processes tab
- Right-click on Autoentry.Service in the list, and click End Task
- Go to the Services tab in your task manager
- Right-click on Autoentry.DesktopSync.Service and click Start/Restart
- Go back to the AutoEntry site, and republish your invoices/bills
Please note: The error will not clear until an invoice/bill has been successfully republished.
