How to resolve this error that shows on your integration status in AutoEntry when you integrate with Sage 50 Canada.

You are seeing the following error message on your company's integration status below.

Connection to the company could not be established. There was a problem opening the company. Error Returned: Unexpected remote data access return value: Unauthorized.

This error occurs due to your Desktop Sync App being set to the incorrect start-up type.

To clear this error, you will need to switch your Sync App start up type from a Windows Service to a Console application.
