You are seeing the below error message on your sync app, or company's integration status.
Started Interactive process exe but its remoting server did not respond/ start within 15 seconds.
Sage 50 users.
QuickBooks Desktop users.
This error is typically thrown when your Desktop Sync Interactive Launcher has not been enabled.
To clear this error, you will need to do the following:
Open your File Explorer (this is a pre-installed app on every PC)
Navigate to the path C:\Program Files (x86)\OCREX\AutoEntry\Service
Double-click on AutoEntry.Desktopsync.interactivelauncher.exe
Go to your company on the AutoEntry website, and re-sync its data.
