If you are getting the following error, please follow the steps below to solve it

The following steps will need to be done on the machine with the AutoEntry sync app.

  1. Open up Task manager and go to Services
  2. Go to Autoentry.Desktop.Sync.Service
  3. Right click and stop the service
  4. Go to Sage Data Service or Sage Data Service 2.0
  5. Right click and restart
  6. Go to Autoentry.Desktop.Sync.Service
  7. Right click and start
  8. Republish an invoice on the affected company
