Objective

By default, the File Management folder will be hidden from all users, including the billing account holder, when a company is first created.

This article will go through the steps required to grant access to File Management for any user.

Procedure

Access can be granted through the All People page by clicking on the edit icon beside a user's name and adding the permissions, or as usual when inviting a new user.

Then simply check the boxes for File Management at the bottom. These settings are automatically saved, so no need to do anything else!

Once done, the File Management folder will be viewable on your company's homepage.
