This error normally indicates that a Sage update is taking place in your PC's background processes.


You will need to wait for that update to complete fully, and then follow these steps to update your AutoEntry Desktop Sync App.

Once those steps are complete, you can attempt to publish an invoice and you should then see the error clear!
