Disconnect or reconnect a company

Manage the AutoEntry connection to Sage 50 Accounts or QuickBooks Desktop

Use the Desktop Sync App to disconnect or reconnect a company integration. You can disconnect and reconnect to refresh the integration or resolve connection issues.


Disconnect a company

  1. Open the Sync App, then view the company list.

  2. Select Disconnect next to the company.


Reconnect a company

  1. Log in to the Sync App, then view the company list.

  2. Select Connect next to the company.


📎NOTE:

  • You need Company Settings permission to disconnect a company

  • If you don't have access, the system signs you out when you attempt to disconnect

  • If the Sync App is on another computer, check the Sync App location and restart the Sync App
