Use the Desktop Sync App to disconnect or reconnect a company integration. You can disconnect and reconnect to refresh the integration or resolve connection issues.
Disconnect a company
Open the Sync App, then view the company list.
Select Disconnect next to the company.
Reconnect a company
Log in to the Sync App, then view the company list.
Select Connect next to the company.
📎NOTE:
You need Company Settings permission to disconnect a company
If you don't have access, the system signs you out when you attempt to disconnect
If the Sync App is on another computer, check the Sync App location and restart the Sync App
