Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

This error can occur if too many actions are being performed by the sync app at once.


If you are seeing this error message either on your sync app, or under your company's integration status on the AutoEntry website homepage, you will need to follow these steps to clear it:

  1. Restart your sync app desktop service

  2. Once the service is running again, attempt to publish an invoice

The error should clear once an invoice has successfully published to Sage.
