You are seeing the below error message either on your sync app, or under your company's integration status on the AutoEntry website homepage.

Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

Applies To

  • Sage 50 UK&I integrated companies.


This error can occur if too many actions are being performed by the sync app at once.


To clear this error, please do the following:

  1. Restart your sync app desktop service

  2. Once the service is running again, attempt to publish an invoice

The error should clear once an invoice has successfully published to Sage.
