I can't change my name or email address on my account

An explanation to why you're unable to amend your name or email address on your AutoEntry account.

On your User Profile page you can change some of the details you entered when you created your AutoEntry account from scratch on the AutoEntry website or as an invited user:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Password

If you created your AutoEntry account using your Sage ID or Intuit ID, your name and email address will have been pulled directly from this account. This is why you're unable to change these in AutoEntry.

However, you can create/change your AutoEntry-specific password on the User Profile page. This is required to log in to the AutoEntry Sync App.
