Why can I not change the name or email address on my account?
If you create your AutoEntry account from scratch on the AutoEntry website, or if you are an invited user, you will be able to change some of the details you entered when creating this account (name, email address & password) on the User Profile screen.
If you created your AutoEntry account using your Sage ID or Intuit ID, your name and email address will have been pulled directly from this account. For this reason, you would be unable to change these in AutoEntry. You can however create/change your AutoEntry-specific password on the User Profile page.
