This error relates to a duplicate session of the Company being open in Sage.
To resolve the issue, you will first need to complete these steps outlined by Sage Support (click the link to be re-directed):
Once done, re-attempt the integration between AutoEntry and Sage, or if you are already connected please do the following:
Go to the Integrate tab.
Click the Re-Sync Sage 50 Canada Data button.
Wait 5-10 minutes for the error to clear.
