Log in to AutoEntry

How to log in to the AutoEntry website.

You can log in and access your companies on AutoEntry via the AutoEntry website or directly from the login page.

There are three different methods available to sign in into your account. The method will depend on the one you set up when creating your account in the first place.

AutoEntry Login

  1. Enter your email address.

  2. Click Next.

  3. Enter your Password.

  4. If you have set up two-step verification (2FA) from your AutoEntry profile, you’ll also need to enter your verification code.

📎NOTE: Any user integrating with Xero and signing in with an AutoEntry login will need to set up 2FA from December 2025. It will be possible to skip the configuration for a short while, but only three times. After that you'll have to set it up.

Sign in with Sage / Intuit

If you use a Sage or Intuit login to access your AutoEntry companies, you need to:

  1. Click Sign in with Sage or Sign in with Intuit.

    Three sign-in methods are available from the login page.

  2. Enter your Sage or Intuit password.

  3. If you use Sage ID, you also need to enter your double authentication code set up via Sage ID.

📎NOTE: If you're already signed in elsewhere with your Sage or Intuit ID, it will log you in automatically without having to enter credentials.

Sign in via Sage for accountant

If you've created your AutoEntry account via Sage for Accountant, you can only access it from Client Management.
