If you need to integrate your Sage 50 Canada company shared via Remote Data Access (RDA), there is a different process you must follow.
After you create a company on AutoEntry, you can integrate with Sage 50.
📎NOTES:
When using Sage 50 Pro, you must close the company file when integrating and publishing
When you create a new user in Sage 50, the company must be set to English rather than French
The Sage 50 file and path name must not have any French language accents or weird characters like "$,%#@,;."
In Sage 50, click Setup, then Set Up Users.
Select Add User.
You're prompted to create a password for the user sysadmin before proceeding.
Create a user name called autoentry and a password. Ensure this user is given full accounting rights along with read/write access.
When you're done, click OK.
Close Sage 50.
Once installed, open the application and log in with your AutoEntry credentials.
Click Connect next to the company you want to integrate with Sage 50.
Select Sage 50 Canada from the drop-down menu on the top left corner.
Enter the username autoentry and the password you set up in Sage 50 in step 4 for the company and enter its file path.
Click CONNECT TO AUTOENTRY.
How do I publish invoices to Sage 50?
Upload your documents to AutoEntry.
Once processing has completed, go to your Inbox and click the green tick icon to publish.
