After you create a company in AutoEntry, you can integrate it with Sage 50 Accounts.
Connect to Sage 50
In AutoEntry, click Home then click Integrate.
Click Connect next to Sage 50.
Tick the box stating you need to download the AutoEntry Sync App, and click Download Installer.
Now you need to install the Desktop Sync App.
📌TIP: If you're unsure whether you've already installed the Sync App, it's easy to check.
Connect to your Sage 50 company
After you install the Sync App, launch the Sync App and log in with your AutoEntry login details.
📎NOTE: If you signed up to AutoEntry using your Sage or Intuit QuickBooks ID your account won't yet have an AutoEntry password to use to log into the Sync App. You can create one just to use for the Sync App.
Click Connect next to the company name you would like to integrate.
Select Sage 50 UK&I from the drop-down menu on the top left-hand corner of the next screen.
Your company's Sage file path should automatically populate on the right-hand side; but if not, you can enter it manually. Once done, click Connect to AutoEntry.
📌TIP: To integrate future companies with Sage 50, you can open the Sync App and follow the same steps to connect to them.
