If you integrate your AutoEntry company with Sage 50 Accounts or QuickBooks Desktop, your first step is to install the Desktop Sync App.
If you're unsure whether the Sync App has already been installed, it's easy to check.
Click on the search box on your taskbar and search for Control Panel.
Select Programs > Programs and Features.
From the list of programs, look through to find 'AutoEntry Desktop Sync'
If it is installed there should be two icons as shown below - both will be present if the Sync App has been successfully installed on the PC.
You can open the app and continue with the next step of your integration.

If you have no icons show, this means you don't have the Sync App installed.
