You are seeing the below error message on your company's integration status.
Other users are currently working with this company. You may open the company in multi-user mode or wait for other users to stop using the company. ID: 34
This error occurs can occur in the following scenarios:
Activate multi-user mode
If you have Sage 50 and hold a multi licence, you can enable multi-user mode, restart the Sync-App and republish the invoices.
Enable multi-user mode in Sage 50, then close the application.
In AutoEntry, unpublish any pending invoices/bills.
Stop and Restart the Sync-App services from the Task Manager.
📎NOTE: We recommend you stop the application from the Task Manager to end all the processes. Make sure to proceed from the device where the Sync App is located. Check the Sync App location.
Go back to the AutoEntry site and publish your invoices/bills again.
The error will clear once an invoice/bill has successfully published to Sage.
No multi license
If you're using Sage 50 Pro, (Sage50 Accounts Professional) and you don't have the multi license, the error will occur if your Sage account is open.
Close Sage 50 and republish the invoice from AutoEntry.
