Symptom

The user is seeing the below error message on their company's integration status after attempting to publish an invoice.

The following error occurred connecting to your Accounts Package: Retrieving the COM class factory for component failed due to the following error: 80070008 Not enough memory resources are available to process this command.

Applies To

  • Sage 50 UK&I integrated companies.

Cause

If you receive this error when trying to publish your invoices don't be alarmed. This just means that you will need to restart the AutoEntry service and then republish!

Resolution

To clear this error, you will need to do the following:

  1. Go to the PC which has the AutoEntry Desktop Sync App installed on it

  2. Restart your sync app desktop service

  3. Ensure you are able to view your company list on the Sync App

  4. Go back to the AutoEntry website and republish the affected invoice(s)

Additional Information

This needs to be restarted on the workstation stated on your company's Integrate page. You can check what PC you are working on by doing the following:

  1. Open your PC's Settings.

  2. Click System, then click About.

  3. The 'Full device name' should match the workstation name listed on your company's Integrate page on the AutoEntry website.
