You're seeing the below error message on your Sync App, or on your company's Integration Status.
The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.
This error message can be caused by your server's internal data service timing out.
Follow the steps below to resolve this:
Check that your Sync App is up to date.
Once definitely up to date, open your PC's Task Manager.
Click the Processes tab.
📌TIP: You may need to select More details first if it is showing the minimised view.
Select the following:
OCRex.Desktop.AutoEntry.Client
AutoEntry.Service
Select End Task on both.
Resync the company data on the AutoEntry website.
