If you don't have your device to hand for 2FA don't worry, you can log into your AutoEnrtry account using your recovery code.

Your recovery code was shared with you when you first set up 2FA and you were advised to write it down and store it somewhere safe. The code is 24 digits, containing a mix of letters and numbers.

EXAMPLE: 2244-3355

For steps on how to use your recovery code use our guide, Authenticate with your recovery code.

Lost your recovery code?

If you've lost your recovery code, if you can't log in to AutoEntry to generate a new recovery code, you must contact AutoEntry support who can help generate you a new recovery code.

Need 2FA a new device?

If you permanently don't have access to your 2FA device, after you successfully log in with a recovery code, you can either switch off or set up 2FA again on a new device. For more details, use our guide, 2-Step Verification.
