When opening a link taken directly from a page URL in AutoEntry, the following message prevents you from accessing it.
EXAMPLE
URL taken from a folder
URL taken from a specific document
This means you don't have access to this particular company and or folder. You need to check both your login credentials and permissions for this particular company.
Check your login credentials
Make sure you’re using the correct credentials for the relevant company. This can happen if you have access to different AutoEntry accounts. Disconnect and reconnect.
Check your permissions
If you're an additional user to a specific company, it's possible you don't have access to all the folders. Check your permissions.
Browser issues
If your permissions are correct but still getting the error message, it’s possible that credentials stored in the browser are preventing you from accessing. Try open the link in private mode or in an Incognito window in your browser.
📌TIP: You can share specific documents in read-only mode without having to give any access or permissions. Change the setting to Public and create a link from a document via the Share button. Note the link format is different and don't apply to folders.
Example of link created from the Share button: https://data.autoentry.com/public/show-invoice?Id=36b6e2af-ab43-4adf-8be7-e0910c0f415e
📎NOTE: Even if you’re the account admin you won't be able to access expenses from another user. Make sure the submitter sends the document for approval to you, or use shared links.
