When you publish an invoice, an orange triangle can appear on an invoice when AutoEntry can't publish it.

This is because information on the invoice doesn't match the settings in your accounting software.

Select the triangle icon to view the error message. The message explains what you need to correct before publishing.

Check the error message

  1. Open the invoice in AutoEntry.

  2. Select the warning triangle icon.

  3. Review the error message.

  4. Correct the issue.
You can find information on the exact warnings in the Help Centre.
