Follow the steps below if the Integration status shows the following error:

Please login with your Sage ID when prompted to proceed with connecting AutoEntry to the company, or stop sharing this company with Remote Data Access.

  1. The billing user needs to open the Sync App to disconnect the company.

  2. Connect to Sage 50, making sure to follow the relevant steps depending on whether you need to enable RDA or not.
