To clear this error, you will need to do the following:
- Close your sync app
- Open your PC's task manager
- Click on the Processes tab
- Right-click on Autoentry.Service in the list, and click End Task
- Go to the Services tab in your task manager
- Right-click on Autoentry.DesktopSync.Service and click Start/Restart
- Open up your sync app again
- Go to your company's Integrate tab on the AutoEntry site
- Click re-sync
