To clear this error, you will need to do the following:

  1. Close your sync app
  2. Open your PC's task manager
  3. Click on the Processes tab
  4. Right-click on Autoentry.Service in the list, and click End Task
  5. Go to the Services tab in your task manager
  6. Right-click on Autoentry.DesktopSync.Service and click Start/Restart
  7. Open up your sync app again
  8. Go to your company's Integrate tab on the AutoEntry site
  9. Click re-sync
