An unknown error has occurred. To protect your company data, Sage 50 will now shut down. Any unsaved data will be lost. , ID: E97

To be able to publish data from AutoEntry to a shared file in Sage 50 Canada, you need to pause the share drive option.


To clear this error message, follow the steps below:

  1. Disconnect and reconnect your company via the Sync App.

  2. Resync your company data on AutoEntry.

  3. Republish any affected invoices/bills.
