If your invoices are not posting to Sage Business Cloud Accounting (SBCA) after clicking publish, the sync has most likely stalled.
The sync between AutoEntry and SBCA can stall if it has been at least 30 days since the last sync action. This includes publishing and re-syncing.
In order to fix this you will need to do the below:
- Go to the Integrate tab.
2. Click Disconnect.
3. Reconnect to Sage Accounting.
4. Once you are reconnected, you will need to go back to your inbox and unpublish then republish the invoices.
Your invoices will now start posting to Sage!
