How to manage your subscription in AutoEntry.

Access to the Subscription and Billing tab:

Only the account / billing owner can manage the subscription.

  1. Go to Settings on the left-hand menu,

  2. Click Subscription and Billing tab.

  3. Access the Credits section.

Why can't I change my subscription

You won't be able to change the level of subscription if you have overage on your account.

No option to buy / change credits

You won't be able to buy more credits if you are using AutoEntry via Sage for Accountant or via a Sage Bundle subscription.

Can I transfer my subscription

You can't transfer a subscription, but you change the billing user who can then activate his own subscription.
