If your company data's file path changes for any reason and you don't update it on AutoEntry, invoices can't publish successfully. This is because they're being sent to a path that no longer exists.
Check your filepath
To confirm whether an issue is because of an incorrect file path, you need to check what the file path says in AutoEntry, and what the file path says within Sage 50 Accounts or QuickBooks Desktop.
Filepath is incorrect
If the filepath is wrong, you need to update the filepath within the Sync App. To do this disconnect and reconnect your company on the AutoEntry App.
Once reconnected, the Sage 50 or QuickBooks Desktop filepath automatically updates on AutoEntry.
📎NOTE: If you have invoices that you attempted to publish to the outdated file path and they're not showing in Sage 50/QuickBooks, you need to republish them.
