If your company data's file path changes for any reason and you don't update it on AutoEntry, invoices can't publish successfully. This is because they're being sent to a path that no longer exists.
When this happens, you need to update the filepath within the Sync App. To do this just disconnect and reconnect your company on the AutoEntry App.
Once done, the Sage 50 or QuickBooks Desktop filepath automatically updates on AutoEntry.
📎NOTE: If you have invoices that you attempted to publish to the outdated file path and they're not showing in Sage 50/QuickBooks, you need to republish them.
