How to Check if You Already Have the AutoEntry Sync App
The steps required to check if you already have the AutoEntry Desktop Sync App installed on your PC.

If you are integrating your AutoEntry company with Sage 50 or QuickBooks Desktop, the first step would be to install the Desktop Sync App. At times however, some users find that they, or another colleague with access to the same PC, may have already completed this step!

  • QuickBooks Desktop users

How do I check if I already have the Sync App installed?

Here are the steps you will need to follow:

  1. Click on the search box on your taskbar and search for Control Panel.

  2. Select Programs > Programs and Features.

  3. From the list of programs, look through to find 'AutoEntry Desktop Sync' (Note that there should be two icons as shown below - both will be present if the Sync App has been successfully installed on the PC). If it is installed, you can open the app and continue with the next step of your integration!
