If your company data's file path changes for any reason and you don't update it on AutoEntry, invoices can't publish successfully. This is because they're being sent to a path that no longer exists.
Open the Sync App and view your company list.
Click Disconnect next to the company you would like to disconnect.
Reconnect the company. Click Connect next to its name.
The Sage 50 or QuickBooks Desktop filepath is automatically updated on AutoEntry.
